I had this poll before (almost a year ago now) and I was thinking about it earlier today. Actually, I had been thinking of those "Who do you think would win out of...?" polls, but that might be a bit too complicated

WARNING: RANT AHEAD FOR THE NEXT 3 PARAGRAPHS In other news, in my current state of annoyance, I feel obligated to go on a rant 8D This is something that's been bothering me for a while now and I wish I had mentioned it before: do NOT ask me to draw YOU, even if you DO send me a description of yourself. I don't do that (I may have before, but I don't now). If anything, I will draw one's avatar, cartoon self, etc.; anything I have already seen on dA or otherwise. Sending me an RL picture of yourself will NOT increase your chances, so just don't ask AT ALL. Another thing: do NOT ask me to draw what I think your character would look like in my style, especially if you KNOW I'm not familiar with them. I have the tendency to lose all motivation to draw an unfamiliar character unless I'm inspired to draw them myself. In addition, with a new style and as a "specific-visual" person in art, I have difficulties picturing people from literary fiction unless I have the specifics on what they look like: body build, skin colour, facial features, etc. A reference of some sort often helps, unless they're in the form of a Gaia avatar or look like a generic anime/manga character. This is not so applicable for characters I AM more familiar with (i.e. I've seen them before with references from the creator or other artists, or I've read their story/ies) since I get to know them better. Now for all you non-regulars and total randomites on the...more adult side of the GT community. I have wandered the world of adult GT and I know how your crude little fetish-mad minds work. I take TOTAL offence to you who fav any of my pictures to satisfy your wanton desires. Whenever I notice a new name, I browse your gallery or (if they have none, which is often the case for you lot) your favourites, and if I discover it FILLED with fetish or suggestive pictures, or even pictures you think are "SO HAWT", I want to punch you repeatedly in the throat. Yes, I admit; I am a judgemental person that way, but that's the way I think until I am absolutely certain that you have some self-control over your libido and that you can actually hold up a conversation without it suddenly getting into an adult roleplay. I may consider myself a macrophiliac (latin, large + lover of) but I am NOT A GODDAMN FETISHIST. Let me elaborate a bit more: I do NOT get aroused by every picture, story, RPs, etc. with giants/giantesses, nor do I aim to when I search for something. 'Course I don't expect any of you to even read this, so I'll just leave you to your...ways. P.S. KISS. MY. ARSE. </RANT> Ugh. *takes in a deep breath* Alright. I feel much better. I'm sorry for that, my friends ^_^ On a more positive note, it's the weekend and I can relax after such a frustrating week at school. Still, doesn't mean that I've got more time to draw and whatnot; on the contrary, my school bag would have been so full of books had I not left a spare calico bag in my locker to put other books in. Epic Win for Anty's back!

On the topic of my favorite character... I have to be honest, Anty. I really don't know much about your characters. : S I have looked at your comics, but fun stuff like that usually has the characters acting slightly off of what they would in text. I think I've read Feron's story but it's been so long that I don't remember much. I would like to vote but I feel like I should know more so I can make a more educated choice. Is there anyway you can tell me more about your characters?
Anyway it would have to be night. Or harlen? Either of them. they are the sexyness.

As for the fetish issue, had similar trouble as well. Some people came claiming I liked it as well and asking to draw more vore or feet themes (which I find both disturbing and demeaningto the tiny)

I really can't tell you why I do so much enjoy Harlen, maybe because he acts like the bad boy of the group yet is consistently knocked down a peg or two by someone or something in the group? Or it could just be I thought he was so damn squigglysploosh when he was chibi-ized oh-so-long ago?

Jesta is the complete opposite, so sweet and innocent and adorable that you just wanna hug her little brains out. That and I have another reason I like her, mostly because I know she'd get along great with a character I have yet to introduce into one of my stories (I'll get around to it I swear!).
As for the GT Fetish stuff:
I pretty much do the same thing too, seeing what a new watcher/faver has in their gallery. I just want to say something about those who are into all that crap: yes, people will have their tendencies towards a certain aspect for a certain fantasy. Yes, we get that people will have their sexual fantasies even if it's considered abnormal, but for the love of crap, not every single person who draws something even vaguely "related" to what your into is going to ACTUALLY be into it too! THERE'S MORE TO LIFE THAN GT PORN!

Sigh, fetishes are awful. I never got the stomping, terrorizing, and vore fetish some of these people have. The child giants also irks me. It's just disgusting! What is wrong with these people?! GOSH! >_<
And BTW, you need a hug, I know you do, so here's a virtual one from me.
Don't worry, I would never ask you to draw me. :3 I can draw myself just fine. Characters, I like letting other people draw, because I want to spread my story about them to other artists. ^^ So usually I always give information and the story about the characters.
